Overview

When the demand collection phase ends, all demands are transmitted to DG ENER to be analyzed. Some demands might be excluded from the process if they don't comply with the terms and conditions of use.

After the demands are reviewed, PRISMA publishes a final demand info sheet in short-term tenders. This info sheet contains the total demand aggregated at specific locations for each calendar month.

At your own discretion, you may decline to participate in the subsequent tendering and matching process. In other words, you can remove your demand from the report.

In the case your company needs to comply with requirements to submit demand, this will only be fulfilled if demand remains in place until after the aggregation step.Otherwise, a company is free to withdraw demand at any moment."

NOTEin mid-term tenders, no info sheet will be published, since each tender (location/period) comprises only one individual demand. As such, you cannot decline to participate per se, but remember that you may withdraw from the process at any point.
