Overview
For reporting purposes, you as a buyer may want to download a report of your past demands. You can do so directly on the PRISMA Platform. This report contains all the demands submitted by your company across all tendering rounds except those you deleted or withdrew by declining to participate in the offer and matching phases.
Instructions
To extract a report of your past demand submissions, do as follows:
1. Log into your account;
2. Click on "AggregateEU" on the top blue menu;
3. Then, click on "Demands" right below;
4. Finally, click on the "Download All Placed Demands" button;
By clicking on that button, an excel file will be automatically downloaded, which you can sort by the following categories:
1. Process Type;
2. Product Type;
3. Central Buyer List Name;
4. Buyer Company;
5. Buyer EIC;
6. Buyer User Email;
7. Buyer User Phone;
8. Location;
9. Preferred Terminals (LNG);
10. Month;
11. Amount;
12. Unit ID;
13. Process ID.
